HOW GIVEAWAYS WORK (Degen Dividend Fund)

Degen Dividend Fund (“DDF”) is an entertainment & lifestyle brand — not a financial product.
We create gambling-related content and sell merchandise. From time to time, we may run promotional giveaways (“Giveaways”) to thank the community.

Important:

  • DDF is not an investment fund, bank, sportsbook, casino, or financial advisor.
  • No one is buying ownership, shares, or a right to profits by following us or purchasing merch.
  • Giveaways are promotional prizes only and do not create any financial relationship with DDF.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Giveaways are void where prohibited by law.

2) Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18+ at time of entry. Sponsor may restrict eligibility in any Giveaway post (for example, 21+ where required by law or venue policies). Employees/contractors of Sponsor and immediate household family members may be excluded.

3) Giveaway Period

Each Giveaway will have an entry window (“Giveaway Period”) announced in the specific post/video/email that promotes it. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period are not eligible.

4) How to Enter

A) Social Entry (Free):
Follow the instructions in the Giveaway announcement (for example: follow our account, like the post, comment, subscribe, etc.).

5) Prizes

Prize details (type, number of winners, and approximate retail value “ARV”) will be listed in the specific Giveaway announcement. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.

6) Winner Selection + Odds

Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

7) Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via the method used to enter (DM/email). Winners must respond within the timeframe stated in the Giveaway announcement (or within 2 hours if none is stated) or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8) Taxes

Winners are responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes. If required, Sponsor may issue an IRS form (e.g., 1099) and request a W-9 prior to delivering prizes.

9) Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree Sponsor may use their first name, initial, city/state, and/or submitted content (if applicable) for winner announcement and promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

10) Disclaimers / Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete entries, technical issues, platform outages, or human error. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend a Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs integrity.

11) Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Shopify, or any other platform. You are providing your information to Sponsor, not the platform.

12) Fair Play / Fraud

Sponsor may disqualify entries that appear to be generated by bots, scripts, fake accounts, mass-entry services, or other manipulative behavior.

13) Responsible Gaming

DDF content is entertainment. Gamble responsibly. If gambling is no longer fun, seek help (for example: 1-800-GAMBLER where available).

14) Governing Law / Disputes

Giveaways are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless prohibited by law.

Giveaways are random.
Following or buying merch doesn’t buy you a stake in DDF.
